Once payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation from JAIDI RELOVES. Our standard processing time is between 5 - 7 business days (M to F, excluding holidays). Once your order is packaged, we will ship it out to you and you will receive another email from us informing you the tracking information and your order has been shipped!! Woohoo!!

If you purchased with JAIDI RELOVES using our vintage /pre-loved sourcing service :

Once payment is made to us, you will receive confirmation from JAIDI RELOVES.

Our standard processing time is between 10 - 14 business days (M to F, excluding holidays) for all luxury pieces using JAIDI RELOVES vintage/pre-loved sourcing and shopping services.

Please kindly note - it does take time for us to receive your luxury vintage/pre-loved pieces into our office once we sourced and located it. In general, it will take about 10 - 14 business days  (M to F, excluding holidays) to process and transit time into our office.

Once your order is packaged, we will ship it out to you and you will receive an email from us informing you the tracking information and your order has been shipped!

Yes we do! Please do ensure yourself or someone is at the shipping address provided to us as signature is required upon delivery.

FYI - all of our packages from JAIDI RELOVES has DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT.

It will come to you how we received it.

All details of what it comes with exactly will be listed on the specific product page where the specific item you are is listed from our website.

Or if you requested for our JAIDI RELOVES vintage/ pre-loved sourcing service, we will communicate with you what is coming with it via Whatsapp and/or instagram.

For example, if it comes with a dust bag and designer brand box, we will include and package it for you. If it only comes with a dust bag, no designer brand box, then we will package with only the brand dust bag along with JAIDI RELOVES purple signature wrapping paper.

JAIDI RELOVES will also use FEDEX/DHL packaging materials to pack your orders.

Finally, JAIDI RELOVES supports sustainable packaging, so we will reuse boxes and stuffing paper as much as we can, minimizing waste in this world we all share and live together, when possible.

Here at JAIDI RELOVES, we use FEDEX for all USA domestic shipments and DHL Express for all global /international shipments outside of USA.

Yes, we do!

For shipping within USA, as you proceed to the checkout page, you have the options to select FEDEX Ground Shipping.

If you do wish for expedited shipping, clients do have the option to select FEDEX Express, or FEDEX 2nd day or FEDEX Overnight for all USA Domestic Shipments at ADDITIONAL COST.

For global/international clients outside of USA, there are also expedited options for DHL shipments at ADDITIONAL COST.

You will be able to review and select your shipment method/options when you check-out before final payment!

Please do kindly note that JAIDI RELOVES is not responsible for ANY DELAY by FEDEX/DHL throughout their transportation and logistical process.
